Can I switch memberships?
Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new membership.
What do we mean by “prepaid sessions”?
All Zion Spa memberships include an upfront session credit that can be used as payment toward any service, any time, as indicated on your membership package. The session credit can be used as follow: In sets of 30 minutes (Warrior services), 60 minutes (Centurion services), or 90 Minutes (Legionary services). However, the value of these session credits cannot be redeemed for packages, products, or money.
